Before you order

One clear, bright, front-facing photo of your pet's face — daylight, no heavy shadows, no sunglasses-level squint. Phone photos are perfect. One pet per photo; the closer the face fills the frame, the more detail we can keep.

Then we redraw it. Revisions are free and unlimited until you approve — nothing is cut before you say yes. Most proofs are approved on the first or second round.

Your proof arrives within 2–3 days of ordering. After you approve, making takes 5–7 days, and your portrait ships within 7 days of finishing. Typical door-to-door: about two to three weeks including delivery.

Basswood is crisp and classic, with visible grain and the option of the Natural look. Felt is soft, matte and cozy — great for nurseries and calm interiors — and comes in the two color sets only. Both are five layers deep and wall-ready.

Three looks: Natural (raw basswood grain, wood only), Meadow (green · orange · blue · teal) and Carnival (red · yellow · blue · cream). Felt portraits are made in Meadow or Carnival.

Each portrait is composed for one pet so the face stays unmistakable. For multi-pet households, most people order a pair or trio — and gallery walls of siblings look fantastic. Write to us for a custom multi-pet layout quote.

Dust with a dry, soft cloth or a cool hairdryer on low. Keep it out of prolonged direct sunlight and damp rooms (bathrooms are not its friend) and it will outlive every trend in your hallway.
